What Does MDP Mean?

MDP (Metal Detectable Plastic) means plastic that can be detected by metal detectors. With ordinary knives, only the metal blade can be detected, while the plastic parts remain invisible to the detectors. With MDP knives, the entire body is made of detectable plastic and the blade is stainless steel – so no part of the tool can enter the product unnoticed.
