Shrink wrapping machine - SFE

Machine is composed by:

• A wrapping machine with in line feeding belt;
• A shrink tunnel;

Characteristics:

• Upper and lower film rolls unwinding driven, controlled by adjustable cams; - Hot self-cleaning bar for film sealing;
• Air blow for quick seal cooling.
• All moving parts are mounted on hardened steel guides through axial roll-bearings.
• Machine frame in carbon steel with key-parts in stainless steel.
• High quality electronic components with digital temperature control.
• Shrinking tunnel with patented thermal insulation, in order to reduce power consumption and to maintain external surfaces always cold.
• Feeding belt and tunnel conveyor belt speed adjustable by inverters.
• Fast cooling at the outlet: air blow through electric fan for a quicker and better package stabilisation.
• Machine is provided with plexiglas safety guards.
