Waste presses are machines for making bales from waste materials. Balers usually have a steel frame that supports a hydraulic ram driven by a pump with an electric motor. And the process is as follow: hydraulic oil is pumped to the cylinder that moves the ram against the material to be baled, packing it into a tight block (or bale) in the machine's baling chamber.
With the dynamic technological progress, many different variants of waste baling presses can now be found on the market - both in terms of type (vertical / horizontal), as well as in terms of purpose and size. They are generally suitable for baling waste materials from paper and scrap metal to plastic and everything you can think of in between. By turning waste materials into hard and compact blocks, waste presses facilitate their collection and transportation by recycling companies.
The waste baling presses that we offer at MAVA Industrial are from the Austrian manufacturer Austropressen and are of guaranteed quality and performance.
