MARTOR SECUMAX EASYSAFE - safety knife for unwrapping

The MARTOR SECUMAX EASYSAFE  is an ergonomic safety knife designed for safe and efficient cutting of film, plastic bags, stretch wrap, packaging straps, textiles, and safety belts. Its pointed nose allows easy piercing of plastic bags and film-wrapped pallets, while the concealed blade ensures maximum protection for both the operator and the goods.

The integrated plastic material guide supports precise cutting of thin films and paper by directing the material towards the blade, preventing jams even when working layer by layer. This ensures smooth, controlled, and accurate cutting performance.

The knife also features a tape splitting function: a metal plate on the upper side is placed under adhesive tape on cartons, allowing quick and safe opening without damaging the contents.

For additional safety, the SECUMAX EASYSAFE includes a blade locking system operated via a special key (No. 9890), preventing unauthorized blade changes – ideal for controlled and responsible workplaces.

Blade replacement is tool-less. It uses blade No. 45 (0.30 mm) with 4 cutting edges, which can be rotated four times before replacement. A stainless steel version (No. 145) is also available. The maximum cutting depth is 6.6 mm, precisely limited to protect the contents of packaging.

The ergonomic handle ensures a comfortable grip for both left- and right-handed users and reduces fatigue during prolonged use. The fiberglass-reinforced plastic body provides high durability and long service life.
