When one cutting edge becomes dull, simply rotate the blade to continue working with the second edge. A spare blade is conveniently stored inside the handle for quick, tool-free blade replacement.

The ergonomic handle with curved sides and textured grip ensures a secure and comfortable hold for both left- and right-handed users. Measuring 154 × 12 × 40 mm, weighing only 37 g, and offering a cutting depth of 6 mm, the knife is lightweight and comfortable even during prolonged use.
