MARTOR SECUMAX POLYCUT MDP – Metal Detectable Safety Knife for Envelopes, Film and Tight Spaces

MARTOR SECUMAX POLYCUT MDP is the metal-detectable version of the universal SECUMAX POLYCUT. It shares the same design and functionality but is made from special MDP plastic that can be detected by metal detectors and X-ray systems. The blade is made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene in sensitive production environments.

In case of loss or breakage, even the smallest fragments can be detected immediately before leaving the production line. This makes it an essential tool in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

The long, pointed nose allows precise access into tight spaces – between paper rolls, inside envelopes or under film. The increased clearance between blade and housing enables cutting multiple layers of material at once without clogging.
